Frequently Asked Questions

QUESTIONS ABOUT CREDIT REPAIR?

Get answers to some of the most common questions about our credit repair process, dispute assistance, and what you can expect when working with us.

1. What is credit repair?
Credit repair involves reviewing your credit reports for information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, duplicated, or otherwise questionable. When appropriate, disputes may be submitted to consumer reporting agencies or furnishers requesting that the information be investigated.
2. Can you guarantee that negative accounts will be removed?
No. We cannot guarantee that any specific account or negative item will be removed. Accurate and timely information may remain on your credit reports for the legally permitted reporting period. Individual results vary.
3. Can you guarantee that my credit score will increase?
No. Credit scores are calculated using many different factors, including payment history, balances, utilization, account age, new credit activity, and the information appearing on your credit reports. We do not guarantee a specific score increase or outcome.
4. What types of items may be reviewed or disputed?
Depending on your individual credit profile, we may review items such as collections, charge-offs, late payments, repossessions, foreclosures, hard inquiries, duplicate accounts, incorrect balances, incorrect account statuses, and accounts you do not recognize.
5. How long does the credit repair process take?
There is no single timeline that applies to everyone. Your experience may depend on the number and type of accounts being reviewed, responses from consumer reporting agencies and furnishers, and changes to your credit profile during the program.
6. What is a dispute round?
A dispute round is a stage of the credit repair process in which your current credit information is reviewed and, when appropriate, disputes or other correspondence may be prepared regarding information that appears inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or otherwise questionable.
7. What is the difference between the 3-round and 6-round programs?
The 3-Round Program includes up to three credit review and dispute rounds, while the 6-Round Program includes up to six rounds and provides additional opportunities for ongoing review, progress tracking, and credit guidance.
8. Will I need to do anything during the process?
Yes. You may need to complete onboarding requirements, provide requested documentation, maintain access to your credit information, review correspondence, update our team when you receive responses, and follow recommendations related to your credit profile.
9. Should I continue paying my current accounts?
Credit repair does not replace your responsibility to manage your current financial obligations. Continue handling your accounts according to the agreements you have with your creditors unless you receive different guidance from an appropriate financial or legal professional.
10. What happens after I enroll?
After enrollment, you'll receive instructions for completing your onboarding, required agreements and disclosures, and any additional account setup. Once the required information is received, your credit profile can be reviewed and your personalized strategy can begin.
